About Me (your body- wisdom translator)
So much of my experience comes from the wisdom of my own system- messy, beautiful, complicated, and endlessly teaching me.
Through my journey with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, I discovered that our bodies hold a deep knowing no book, teacher, or practitioner can fully give. My work is about creating a space to start learning that language—slowing, sensing, feeling, trusting, moving, and sometimes building enough safety in your nervous system to listen to the parts of yourself you've been taught to fear the most.
We also do A LOT of unlearning: blame, shame and guilt. The deep imprints of colonialism, capitalism. The lineage of information your ancestors have carried onto you. We discern and separate what is yours and what is not. We give these back through ritual, sound, touch, breath and movement.
Whether it’s life transitions, grief, or the profound transformation of pregnancy& birth, I guide people through the natural rhythms of change.
Grief, challenge, and vulnerability aren’t burdens to escape—they are the fertile soil for rebirth. (though it often doesn't feel as poetic- I know). When we fully meet all the parts within, we inhabit more of our bodies—our fascia, tissues, breath, and our whole selves.


My current offerings

Psychosomatic Doula work
As a doula, I support you through personalized prenatal sessions, on-call availability from 37 weeks, your birth, and a closing postpartum session. I work with somatic therapy (Internal Family Systems & Emotional Release) and Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture/pressure, Moxa), we tune into your body’s wisdom to support you and your baby through this profound re-birth.

Year-long group circle
Join an intimate circle of up to 12 participants for a year-long journey through 12 meridian-inspired themes. Through somatic processing, unshaming work, and grief tending, we explore the full spectrum of who we are and create a body-map unique to you. A potent space held in the depth and support of online community.

1:1 Mentorships
We meet online (or in person) 1–2 times per month for 1.5–2 hours, focusing on what’s present for you. Each session blends somatic IFS, emotional release, ritual work, acupressure/puncture, or breathwork- creating a deeply held space for big questions, life transitions, or simply to be fully supported.
